Derek Iansufin
Communication Director
Music Director
Angie is passionate about seeing every Christian continue to grow in their walk with Jesus... but this can only happen if people know what's going on. She leads the teams that manage the print and digital presence of RBC. She also helps do counseling with her husband for those in need. She has read through dozens of books on personal and professional development to help people recognize and strategize how to take the next step God has for their lives.
Derek came to the United States a few years ago after years of being classically trained as a pianist and with the desire to help others use their voices and other instrumental talents to worship Jesus. He leads the RBC worship team, choir, and gives piano/voice lessons to those desiring to grow in these talents.

Adam pours his life into seeing others grow in their relationship with Christ. Being saved as an adult, he has a great heart for others that have seen how empty the pursuits of the world will leave your heart and soul. He has helped to create many teams around RBC for a variety of needs, but his deepest desire is to spend time fulfilling God's call on his life to see others rooted in Christ and His Word.
Dee loves the children of RBC! Children's Ministry here at RBC is growing, and we would love to have you come grow with us. The desire to invest into the next generation for Jesus and teach them to pursue a personal relationship with Him is our goal and passion. If you have a heart for the kiddos and would like Jesus to use you mightily, come grow with us!
James has always loved learning and teaching, both as a classroom teacher and a servant here at RBC. It's fun and exciting when we join together to learn about God, ourselves, and each another as we serve the Lord. Come join one of our small groups and discover the wonderful person God made you to be.
Allie loves caring for the little ones and their families. As a mom and follower of Jesus, she's pasisonate about creating a safe, loving space where kids feel at home. She feels blessed to be part of RBC's family and can't wait to meet your little ones and see God work in their lives.

The hospitality team wants everyone who comes to RBC to feel right at home. With fresh coffee and other refreshments, as well as ensuring everyone gets a handshake, hug, or directions to the restrooms, this team ensures all feel welcomed.
Lori's prayer and vision for the beautiful women of RBC (and those who will come someday) is that they feel loved, nurtured, connected and equipped to serve the community, to be mentored in discovering their spiritual gifts and how to use them for the Kingdom of God. to build confidence in their abilities, to pray for the spiritual atmosphere of the church, to mentor women and children, and to teach them Godly ways, and to build genuine community so we can serve one those in our church and surround cities.
Our goal is to grow as a fellowship of brothers through in-depth Bible studies and social events, such as hiking trips and BBQs. We would love to have any man come and develop a connection with others where we can be there for one another to help through the struggles of this life and celebrate the victories that also come. Whether single, married, divorced, a father or childless, God has a plan for every man at each stage of our lives. Come grow with others to become all that God has in store for your life.
